Good to know
How do I get the plan?
Right after payment you land on a confirmation page with your download button. We also email the link (and Stripe emails your receipt). The link works for 30 days.
Do I need special ingredients?
No. The plan is written for a typical US supermarket: beans, whole grains, seasonal vegetables, olive oil, eggs, yogurt and a few pantry staples. Each week has its own shopping list.
Is it vegetarian?
It leans heavily on plants, as the Blue Zones do. A few meals include eggs, dairy, or fish or chicken, and the plan makes it easy to swap those out.
What format is it?
A 37-page PDF that works on phones, tablets and computers, and prints cleanly. No app and no account required.
Can I get a refund?
Because it’s an instant digital download, sales are generally final, but if something is wrong with your file or you are not happy, write to hello@eliasandmara.com and we will make it right. See our terms.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is a cooking and lifestyle guide for general inspiration. If you have a medical condition, allergies or dietary needs, check with your healthcare professional first.
Ready to set the table?
Fourteen days from now, dinner could feel very different.
