What you are buying

Digital products, such as PDF guides, delivered by download immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read, print and use the guide in your own household. Please do not share, resell, post or distribute the file or its contents. Brief quotations in reviews are welcome with credit.

Refunds

Because digital downloads can’t be returned, all sales are final. If the file is damaged, you cannot download it, or you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Health & nutrition

Our content is for general information and culinary inspiration. It is not medical advice and does not replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Nutrition figures are estimates. Check ingredients for allergens and adapt meals to your needs.

AI-generated imagery

The photographs of Elias, Mara, their home and the recipes on this site and in our guides are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of real people or real dishes.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe’s privacy policy governs what it collects.

Privacy

We collect only what is needed to complete your order: your email address and payment status, received from Stripe. We use it to deliver your download and answer your questions, and we do not sell it. Our server keeps a simple order log (product, order ID, email) for support purposes. This site does not use advertising trackers. To ask us to delete your data, email hello@eliasandmara.com.
